I wish...

This and tomorrow's post are probably going to be very emotional....let me explain.

We met in 6th grade and became best friends from that moment....now we lost touch when I changed schools and college time came...but after we got married and settled into motherhood...our friendship continued as though we had never lost touch. We talked daily about everything! She was my rock at times and I guess I was hers or hoped that I was...She was one of my best friends and sisters in Christ.

A year ago tonight, we saw each other downtown at a Christmas on the town event....I knew she had a pinched nerve but her sweet smile and heart showed through the pain as we chatted and our daughters hugged...as I said goodbye that night....I never thought...(I'm going to finish this post tomorrow...tears are flowing...)

Thanksgiving!

So we're heading home from our thanksgiving scramble (going to multiple family lunch/dinners) and then having to do it all in 12 hours (can only leave the dog babies for so long)...it was so much fun to watch a little bit of the Macy's parade today as a family before we left out...

Time flies...

I meant to have this post posted on the 26th...but it didn't happen with my 3 1/2 old sweet girl and 2 month old little man...so...our little man turned 2 months old!!! After coming 2 weeks early and surprising us to having to be hospitalized for 10 days at 5 days old....and leaving the hospital the second time at his birth weight...at his check up...guess what he is 10 pounds, 9 ounces from only breast feeding! (I feel so accomplished!) Our sweet girl had reflux and I had to go back to work (so I couldn't pump enough)....so I couldn't nurse like I wanted too...I'm amazed at how time does fly...our little man is getting some adorably chubby and our sweet girl is maturing into an amazing little helper. :) so happy 2 month old birthday to our little man!!!

Keeping it simple...

So I've tried to do this blogging thing many times and always never continue or keep it up...I think I've made it too complicated....so I'm starting fresh and keeping it simple....I've erased all previous posts and have decided to just start writing my thoughts no matter how random or creative or what they might be to show what it is like in my brain as a wife, mother,  teacher, cook, housekeeper, and just a girl in our humble abode and life in the Sanchez family...so sit back and give your feedback and let's go on this journey together...
